BARS & WINE TASTING
Frequency Wine Co.:
This sweet family-owned and run winery has a tasting room located in downtown Santa Barbara, and it is for sure one of our favorite spots to visit for a casual drink. Super friendly, cozy vibe, delicious wines, and it's attached to a cheese shop called C'est Cheese. What more could you need?!
831 Santa Barbara St., Santa Barbara, CA 93101

Deep Sea Tasting Room:
This may not be the closest tasting room to the Blackrock Beach House, but it definitely has the best view. Located on Stearns Wharf overlooking the ocean with the mountains behind Santa Barbara as a backdrop, this tasting room truly has an unbeatable setting with fantastic wines. Highly recommended.

The Good Lion:
The bar that started the cocktail resurgence in Santa Barbara, the Good Lion is a classic cocktail bar that takes its craft seriously. Get there early, as it tends to fill up quickly, and the bartenders take their time making each drink!

Shaker Mill:
A cocktail bar with a tropical/Cuban theme, this is a great place to hang for a few minutes that will turn into a few hours. A beautifully designed interior that is shared with a few other restaurants & bars, this bar is sure to wow.
418 State St., Santa Barbara, CA 93101

Test Pilot:
Santa Barbara’s one and only tiki bar, this place is a fun stop that you can’t find everywhere. Located right in the heart of the Funk Zone, it’s a great spot for a before or after dinner drink. Order anything, so long as it’s a tiki drink!
211 Helena Ave., Santa Barbara, CA 93101

The Imperial:
If you want to stay close to home, The Imperial is the place to go. Dark and moody, it’s the closest thing to a speakeasy as we have in Santa Barbara. Located just down the road in Old Town Goleta. Don’t be put off by the grungy exterior, once you go inside you’ll feel like you’re in Prohibition-era New York City.
320 S Kellogg Ave., Goleta, CA 93117

Topa Topa:
Topa Topa is our favorite local brewery. Their tasting room in the Funk Zone is a great spot that they share with a couple other bars & restaurants. Make sure you try their Chief Peak IPA!
