Check Out:

 

Check out is at 10:00am unless extended by your host. Please leave all soiled towels on the ground or in the shower. Please load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher, take out the trash and do your best to leave the house as tidy as possible upon check out!

Cleaning Supplies:

 

There are common cleaning supplies, a vacuum, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent etc. in the pantry cabinet and under the kitchen sink. Please feel free to use anything in there to keep the house tidy.

​

 

Climate Control:

 

The air conditioner and heat are controlled using the Thermostats at the bottom and top of the stairs. We will have the home set to a comfortable temperature when you arrive, but if you wish to change it you may do so using the thermostat.

​

 

Coffee:

 

There is a Nespresso coffee maker at The Craft House. We have provided a number of pods for your enjoyment. Additional pods can be purchased at $12/sleeve. Please let us know if you would like additional pods, and we will have them delivered within 24 hours.

​

 

Extra Linens & Towels:

 

You can find extra linens & towels in the bedroom/bathroom closets, or in the laundry room. Feel free to use them if needed.

​

Fireplaces:

 

There are fireplaces located in the Living Room and in the Granada Room. They are both operated by a remote control. You'll find the Living Room remote control on the mantel, and you'll find the Granada remote control in the closet. If you have any issues with the fireplaces, please let your host know immediately.

​

 

Front Door Lock:

 

The Craft House has Smart Locks on the front and back doors. You will be given the unlock code when you check in. This will be your code to access the home for the duration of your stay. To lock the door, simply press the “Yale” logo at the top of the lock.

​

 

Gardener:

 

The gardeners comes to maintain the property every other Monday. Please don’t be alarmed if you see them out there on Monday mornings!

​

 

Housekeeping:

 

If you would like to have our house cleaner come during your stay, just let us know and we can arrange it. There is a fee for each cleaning, please confirm the total with your host before booking.

​

 

Parking:

 

There are 4 private parking spots reserved for guests of The Craft House. Please leave the spot closest to the garage open for guests of The Lotus Suite. Please don't block the driveway at any time, for any length of time.

​

Trash:

 

Trash goes in the brown trash cans in the trash enclosure midway down the driveway. Recycling goes in the blue cans. Please be sure to not put trash in the recycling, and don't put anything in the Green Waste containers. Trash is collected on Mondays. Please never block the trash enclosure with any cars so the trash collectors can access the cans.

TV:

 

The TV is connected to the internet and has access to all of the popular streaming apps. Feel free to login to your favorite app and use it during your stay, just remember to log out before you leave!

​

 

Washer/Dryer:

 

There is a washer & dryer located in the laundry room off the kitchen for your convenience. Detergent is in the pantry cabinet next to the washer & dryer. Please do not overload the machines, as they may not get your clothes cleaned or dried if they are overloaded.

​

 

Wifi Network:

 

The network name is "HearthHomesGuest" and does not require a password.
