Tile Wainscot in Master Bathrooms

One of our favorite ways to mix it up in the bathroom is a tile wainscot! This look works for different styles of homes, adds interest on simple white walls, and really takes the design up a notch!

If you missed it, check out our Highland House reveal here!

You can see above that we did a vertical stack brick pattern paired with some beautiful star and cross tiles from Arto's line, Artillo. We love the mix of modern and rustic in this master suite!

We added another tile wainscot in our Centennial House renovation, behind the tub and between the vanities. We love the look of pairing a relatively simple tile for the walls (we used Bedrosians 5x5" Cloe tile in white) with a more dramatic floor tile. The new, glossy wall tiles were a perfect mix with the rustic star floor tiles that gave this bathroom the "oomph" and character it needed!

We added another wainscot wall in our Blackrock Beach House, this time in a fun blue color! This house has a much more modern, beach vibe so we channeled a little Mid-Century modern mixed with California's casual beach style.

We hope you've been inspired for your own bathroom renovations. Thanks so much for following along!
