Our Home Comes Fully Stocked With Everything You Need for Your Stay By The Beach
Our home has been professionally remodeled by our team of interior designers and contractors. We designed it to be the ultimate family oasis, with tons of amenities considered. There is a huge amount of living space, with a large living room for the whole family to hang in, plus a lounge for pre/post dinner drinks or family games. Our bedrooms all feature Casper mattresses & Parachute linens, and our bathrooms are fully stocked with personal care products from Public Goods. Outside, we have a one-of-a-kind jungle shower for rinsing the sand off, and we have a magical outdoor dining area with seating for 16. The house also comes with our fleet of Public Bikes so the whole family can hit the bike path, which is conveniently only about a mile away.

Our home comfortably sleeps 13 guests in 5 bedrooms. We have two bedrooms with King sized Casper™ Mattresses, two bedrooms with Queen sized Casper Mattresses, and a "kids loft," that has a Queen sized Casper Mattress daybed, as well as three Twin sized Casper Mattresses. Our Outdoor dining table has room for 16, so there will never need to be a kids table!

Take Our Fleet Out For a Spin
What better way to enjoy our beautiful beachfront neighborhood than from the seat of a bike? Our fleet of bikes, from Public Bikes™, is prepped and ready to ride. Whether it's just a spin through the neighborhood, or if you want to hop on the award-winning Santa Barbara bike path network (only about a mile away), these bikes are ready to ride. We have 4 adult bikes, 2 kids bikes (one with training wheels), and 2 infant bike seat attachments. All complimentary with your stay!

Santa Barbara's climate is legendary for its year-round temperate weather. Our house takes advantage of that, with tons of outdoor options, including dining for 16, a hot tub that seats 6-8, a Weber Grill and an outdoor lounge area. Oh, and we barely have any bugs!

If you're not coming back home with some sand on your legs, you're not doing it right. Heck, even if you don't have any sand on you, you'll want to rinse off in our outdoor shower, which is surrounded by our living wall, designed by Lush Elements. It's the perfect way to transition your amazing day from outside to inside.
