The Location
The Boardwalk Beach House is located in the secluded community of More Mesa Shores, a quiet enclave of homes nestled up against the bluffs above the Pacific Ocean. The neighborhood features one of the only privately-accessed beaches along the Central Coast of California, and sits adjacent to nearly 300 acres of open space crisscrossed with trails.
The Space
This home is large, and perfect for large families or groups of families. There are 5 beds - 3 King, 2 Queen, as well as a sleeper sofa in the game room. All of the beds feature Casper™ Mattresses and Parachute™ and Brooklinen™ linens. The beds are spread across 5 bedrooms, allowing for plenty of space for your group to spread out and enjoy the home. The living room is large and open to the kitchen, and there is a separate lounge room for games or cocktails. Upstairs, there is a private office space with a beautiful balcony, as well as a game room with a TV and foosball table. Outside, you'll enjoy the huge lot with expansive lawn, avocado orchard, and large beach area. The outdoor dining table has seating for 12, and there is a separate outdoor lounge area with a fire pit.

I can’t begin to describe how special our long weekend at this beautiful home and property was.
The interior design, furnishings, and finishes were all straight out of a magazine. Special note that the layout of this home is perfect for large groups or families even with young kids.
The backyard was fantastic and provided so much space for entire group to get our energy out. We grilled and all ate outside by the outdoor table and roasted marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit. The walk to the beach was relatively quick and serene and was so much fun for everyone.
I think the most special part, though, was our host Humberto, who was so proactive, kind, and flexible. Planning to book again ASAP!!
