The Location
The Boardwalk Beach House is located in the secluded community of More Mesa Shores, a quiet enclave of homes nestled up against the bluffs above the Pacific Ocean. The neighborhood features one of the only privately-accessed beaches along the Central Coast of California, and sits adjacent to nearly 300 acres of open space crisscrossed with trails.
The Space
This home is large, and perfect for large families or groups of families. There are 5 beds - 3 King, 2 Queen, as well as a sleeper sofa in the game room. All of the beds feature Casper™ Mattresses and Parachute™ and Brooklinen™ linens. The beds are spread across 5 bedrooms, allowing for plenty of space for your group to spread out and enjoy the home. The living room is large and open to the kitchen, and there is a separate lounge room for games or cocktails. Upstairs, there is a private office space with a beautiful balcony, as well as a game room with a TV and foosball table. Outside, you'll enjoy the huge lot with expansive lawn, avocado orchard, and large beach area. The outdoor dining table has seating for 12, and there is a separate outdoor lounge area with a fire pit.

Even better than the pictures, The home had everything you needed for a large group over several days. The location was so peaceful and outdoor space was breathtaking. The house management was very sophisticated, from the home guide to providing vendor suggestions to make the stay worthy of this home. I don’t know how I’ll ever be able to book an airbnb again without being disappointed because this stay has now set the bar too high."
