It's almost a new year, (actually, a new decade...what?!), and what a whirlwind this year has been! With the holidays behind us, and 2020 just a few hours away, we can't help but to reflect on this past year...and man, are we humbled.
We have experienced amazing growth, and have also been presented with our fair share of challenges over this past year, but our amazing clients have stuck by our side through it all, and without them, none of this would be possible!
So, before we move on, we wanted to take a moment to reflect and reminisce by revisiting some of our favorite staging projects of 2019 (in no particular order). Take a look, and let us know what you think in the comments below!
First up, high in the hills overlooking literally all of Santa Barbara, was this absolute showstopper. It already was incredible before we even touched it. Its beauty was apparent to everyone who walked in, which is probably why the first people to walk in were the ones who wrote the winning offer!
Next up, this Upper East Side beauty. This house was a vintage lover's dream, and we had so much fun with it! We tried to stay true to its character, while bringing it into modern day living, and we hope it's new family is enjoying every square inch of it!
On to this Montecito Modern Ranch! This home is absolutely stunning, and the views are insane! Seriously though, when we were on this job we felt like everywhere we looked, there was something new, beautiful, and exciting to look at!
#ThePalmHouse was a project that we will always hold near and dear to our hearts! Once the design came together, this house was an absolute dream to stage--so much fun character and natural charm! After just a few short days on this market, this home was scooped up by its new family, and we are so so happy for them!

Another Upper East vintage charmer! This was the coziest of cozy homes, and it had so much personality! If you missed it, that's probably because it barely had the chance to go on the market before someone snagged it! We hope they're living happily ever after in this sweet colonial cottage.
Last, but certainly not least, #TheCentennialHouse was simply put, a dream. By the time we were done staging it, we wished we could just park ourselves on the sofa and never, ever leave! Another home settled in the highly sought-after Upper East Neighborhood, and man, did it go fast! After just over a week on the market, this house was claimed by its new owner, and we hope she is loving every inch of it!
